Refund Policy

1. Refunds Before the Event

  • Customers may request a refund if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled event.

  • Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the event may be eligible for a 50% refund (at our discretion).

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • If the customer fails to attend the event.

  • If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the event date.

  • If services have already been delivered or partially used.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In the rare event that Checkaseamlessly cancels an event, customers will be entitled to a full refund or may choose to transfer their booking to a future event.

  • Refunds outside of the above policy may only be granted under exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Checkaseamlessly.

4. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to checkaseamlessly@gmail.com.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.

5. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.
